posted by: barnabus1 (reply) post date: 11.24.08 (7:02 pm) Here in the US..If you and I have an agreement..it need not be written, that I can move in your house on a certian day, that agreement is enforceable by law...you would have to let me in regardless of what else happened, or pay my costs to find another place, and some damages on top of it! By the same token, if I decide not to move in, I have to pay the rent till you rent it to someone else, and probably extra money for damages! posted by: merkual (reply) post date: 11.24.08 (8:54 pm) Hmmm, wish we could do the same thing (like in the States) here in Asia.
