Lately we have been in and out on the issue of moving apartments. Well, it's not only one apartment involved but lets just several. We got a really good deal on one apartment close to our workplace but when we were closed to moving in, there were other complication which was out of our control. With heavy hearts, we gave up on our dream (actually Hobbit wife has been dreaming about it a lot) home and decided to continue staying at our present place just that we have to move to a different room. The owner of our current place has currently sold the apartment and now we were recommended and were given several options. This is where problems kicked in. Options sometimes is not a good thing. Long story short, by the end of the month, we were required to move into a bigger apartment but only stay for 4 months in order to help a Korean family cover up and get their deposit. After four months, we were recommended another nice place. The thing is, how many other choices would be given to us after four months? Before settling on helping the Koreans out, we were actually given another place which we liked so much but later was told that it was already rented to somebody. Why recommend us in the first place? Wilmington NC real estate as we call our tenant friend, wanted us to just buy a place and persuaded like parrot but still, he failed to impress us. We need more than that of a real estate story!
