Dubai's Soon Revolving Tower

What do you personally think about this soon-to-be-build new revolving tower?

Did you know that Dubai is going to construct a motion tower called "The Dynamic Tower?" And that anyone could start putting their names on the reservation list for the first rotating skyscraper in Dubai? Well, obviously when Dubai is mentioned, you will go

"Ah..those are only for the filthy rich..."

"Oh, these people can afford home theater sconces.."

"Oh...the OKK kah?"

Of course man! These places are meant for them, those people who sweeps in money from you-know-what.

That aside...

While thinking about these rich ones, do they even have the poor earth's citizens in mind? Why build a revolving tower when those money could be put to an even better use?? Did they stop for a second to think about things that matters the most?
