Have you guys ever heard of the "Spartan workout"? I did a youtube search on it a while ago and boy, I found quite a lot of videos on it. Really interesting too! I don't know what you guys might think about it, but to me it looks pretty darn effective. What I like about it is you don't really need to own expensive equipments to pull the workout regime through. I think the main concept behind the workout is the continuous repetitions of a few combined exercises like Hindu squat to Bicycle crunch to Sit ups to Diamond push ups & etc. You know what I'm thinking? Yes. I think I'm going to try that out starting .... tomorrow? To me, instead of calling it the "Spartan workout", I'll call it the "Poor man's workout". If this goes well, I don't think I'll be dreaming of any top diet pills no more!
