Yes, believe it or not! I'm still struggling with some of my assignments. Why can't I just finish all of them up in one day? How I wish I could. Anyone out there willing to finish my assignments for me? I'm willing to pay. Lol Okay, I'm just kidding. I can't stand myself sometimes. I tend to talk crap...yikes! Again, I need to take a break from everything. I'm so jealous of my other half...she's going home next month..again? Well...not really. She will be attending another professional teacher training course and lucky for her...this time around it is conducted back home. I want to go too! Got to get her a mega huge luggage soon. Big enough to fit me in. Hehehe.
Hi there everyone! I came across this cool youtube video a while ago while I was in the process of checking my Yahoo mail. It's a very cool video on how technology changes how we actually communicate with each other. Well, here it is. Hope you guys enjoy it too like I did. Boy, it really brings back old memories.
Lately, we've been spending a lot of time sleeping before the real bedtime. Hmm...not sure what happened to us. I guess, it's just because we are often burnt out because of our jobs. I don't know if that's really a good thing or not. Life is really treating us harshly. Sometimes, we really felt like packing our stuff and just go for weekend getaways. Don't know where as long as it is somewhere far away from our working place. I wished life was that simple. Anyway, that's life.
Have you guys ever heard of Indian meal moth traps before? I never heard of it myself until today. You probably might be wondering that it must be some kind of Indian delicacy.Nope! Well, if you think that this thing is food you are wrong. So, what is this thing anyway? Indian meal moth trap is a trap used for luring in these dreaded Indian moths (the males especially) to prevent them from mating and break their infestation cycle. Why trap these harmless looking creatures? Well, if you don't know anything about these dirty little creatures, for your information they basically destroy your food. So, to prevent them from taking over your pantry cupboard cervices, you can get these Indian meal moth traps. I'm not too sure if our pantry cupboards are infested by these moths? Yikes! I have to check it out later.
How many of us here spend most of our time blogging? I know I do. It gives me some kind of satisfaction whenever I finish writing up my post. It's not going to be graded or something like that, it's the feeling of relief whenever you've voiced out whatever it is in your mind. It's like confiding to your best friend or to a shrink. If we bottle up all of our frustrations or whatever it is that is categorized as negative thoughts inside of us, there will come a time when it'll just explode and we'll tend to lose it all. Just imagine ourselves as walking time bombs. It's not pretty you know.
So, coming back to what I was ranting about a while ago about getting the satisfaction out of blogging, the thing about blogging is that blogging somehow sets yourself free. You can talk as much as you can about any thing that's bothering the heck out of you. I know some people out there might think that blogging is just a waste of time. Well, that is just their opinion. To me, blogging is as healthy as pouring out your problems to your best friend, counselor or whoever it is! Hey and you guys know what? Blogging also can earn you a little bit of cash. Some organization or company pays bloggers like us simply to blog about things. For example, RevRsponse.com, they are always on the lookout for new bloggers who wishes to add a little bit of extra cash into their empty pockets. Hi there! Looks like I'm back to work again this week after a very relaxing one week break from work. I wish that our school could experience more holidays like this every month. Lol! I know that's impossible. Anyway, it doesn't hurt to have this kind of wish right? So, let us see what interesting events are there to wait for this week? This friday we'll be having an event conducted or taken care by the Chinese department and next week on Monday we'll be having Makabucha day (again another one day holiday). Hey, another one day of rest for us. Good. What else? Yup, that's it. I remember way back when I was in high school there was this kid who for some reason always like to tag along with me and my buddies. He was like four years younger than most of us. Anyway, there was this girl who was years older than this kid who had a crush on him. One day, this girl sent a love letter to this kid and this kid was so overwhelmed with excitment that he ran to us and told us all about it. He was telling us this and that, even bragged about the letter that he got from that girl. He told us, "She even wrote it in English!" We were like, "Okay, that's good. We're all happy for you." Then this kid asked me, "Would you like to take a look at it?" Well, I was not that nosy, but since he offered me that opportunity, then what the heck. I looked at the letter and read it. These were the first couple of lines of the letter....'I need a love to give me, the kind of love that will last always, I need somebody uplifting, to take me away...... Hey wait a darn minute....this is no love letter. This is Mariah Carey's song! Hahahah...that girl was totally busted! Anyway, I didn't tell the kid about it. I just kept it to myself. Lol....that was way back then. I wonder where that kid is now?
